We have endeavoured to categorise as best we can the different services we provide in the other sections of the website.  There are, however, other client requirements which arise from time to time which we can also provide services for.

We can for example structure commercial property finance and have contacts across the industry who specialise in different areas of commercial finance depending upon the nature of the project, whether that be purchasing a new premises for your own business or to finance the purchase of a commercial property for redevelopment or anything in between.

We can structure mortgages in a foreign currency where appropriate.  This is available through a number of specialist banks and is considered on a case by case basis.

It is quite common for clients to have their deposit monies currently in an overseas bank account and held in a foreign currency.  We can introduce our clients to foreign currency exchange specialists who can broker the best deals when exchanging your foreign currency to sterling.
